Schematics- Ring Mod, RIAA phono pre, Noise Generators
One Based on a AD633 multiplier chip- this one looks like I could do it, maybe. It is a very detailed schematic.
This one shows a super high end looking one, with good pictures of the finished insides.
Recording Mag's DIY RIAA phono preamp article- it looks simple and has a good parts list and gives an explanation of what the components do through the signal chain and uses a NE5532 dual op-amp which is used in some high end gear, according to the article.
Links to many noise generator schematics (simple answer.com)- wave shapers and noisey shit mostly-
Ray's Noise Generator- looks fairly large, but makable, especially wit the pre printed board.
